Name:
Age:
Fandom: The Alicuna
History: Though the Alicuna is a land completely barren, it was born from the energies of other worlds and while the fertility may have forsaken it, life did not. As the craggy rocks came into being, a singular consciousness arose from the planet’s surface. The Spirit of the Alicuna is what Gaia is to Earth, it is not only an individual entity but also the ‘consciousness’ of the planet itself. The Spirit was there when the Alicuna came into existence, and shall be there until it fades away.
Description: Though the Spirit is able to take a semi-corporeal form, the world is still far too weak to create anything very distinct. The form the Spirit takes when interacting with otherworlders is a misty blue shape that vaguely resembles an adult humanoid but only in figure. The spirit has no features defining it as either gender for it has none, and no facial features to individualize it.
Personality: As the Spirit is merely an extension of the Alicuna itself, and not its own individual being, it does not have very much personality at all. The Spirit acts mainly as a guide to those who enter the realm, describing where it is that they are, and what they are able to do there. However, since the Alicuna was formed from the other worlds, in a way it is curious about its ‘parents’ and this is sometimes reflected in the Spirit’s behavior.
Abilities: The Spirit is one with the Alicuna, and can sense anything that happens on the planet such as: When a portal is being used and something/someone is going through in either direction, the location of any person or object on the surface of the Alicuna, when a new portal is going to open, or when one is closing, and the Spirit can also vaguely sense the general status of any worlds currently connected.
Extra:
Roleplaying Sample: As always, the surface of the Alicuna was still. No wind disturbed the dust coating every surface, and not even the pale misty hand of the Alicuna’s Spirit could stir up the slightest change.
This was a land that since its birth had remained lifeless, and would remain so until its end. The Spirit slowly glided over the craggy surface, its passing leaving no indication it had been there, eyeless face surveying the landscape that it knew so intimately without ever having seen it. For days, months, maybe even years, for the Spirit had no sense of time, it had been drifting around its home with no changes.
Then, something happened, an event never before seen on the Alicuna.
Movement.
There, on the far side of a hill, eight sparks of life seemed to slowly flicker into being. As they ignited, the land around them groaned and heaved as stone arches were pulled out of the ground to frame the brilliance now shining into the Alicuna. The Spirit, somehow instinctually knew what had just happened. The reason for the Alicuna’s birth had finally come, and the worlds were beginning to flow together.
Now, all that was left was to wait, and see what would happen.
