Here, I will be posting every location needed for those who are unfamiliar with Hyrule. Temples are not included, but will be if the need arises. Also, ctrl-f is a lifesaver, folks. Here is the map of Hyrule. Note where the portal is, in the Sacred Grove. Due to this fact, some characters may not be able to go forth into other parts of Hyrule because there are large crevices that are extremely difficult to cross. speaking of which, a short description of the Sacred Grove: Deep within the Faron Province and adjacent to the Forest Temple entrance, is the Sacred Grove, an ancient forest that not only holds strong ties to the Royal Family and the Sages, but also protects the Master Sword from outsiders. The actual area where the Master Sword lies is in the ruins of the Temple of Time. (As the grove within itself is not marked on the map of Faron (though it receives a label), it is entirely plausible that it is the northeastern area of the Lost Woods; not only is the background music Saria's Song, but Skull Kids exist there.) Listed in alphabetical order and by page: PAGE 1B * Bridge of Eldin D * Death Mountain E * Eldin Province * Eldin Spring F * Faron Province * Faron Spring * Faron Woods G * Gerudo Desert * Graveyard * Great Bridge of Hylia H * Hidden Village * Hyrule Castle * Hyrule Castle Town * Hyrule Field K * Kakariko Gorge PAGE 2 K (cont.) * Kakariko Village L * Lake Hylia * Lanayru Province * Link's House O * Ordon Spring * Ordon Village * Ordon Woods * Ordona Province P * Peak Province S * Snowpeak * Snowpeak Top * Spirit Spring T * Telma's Bar U * Upper Zora's River W * Waterfall Rapids Z * Zora's Domain

Death Mountain is home to the Goron tribe. Due to its volcanic nature, the mountain also boasts a number of geological curiosities, like powerful steam jets, and even mineral-rich hot springs. Sticking to the Gorons' reputation as skilled metal smiths, metal structures have be erected around the face of the mountain to provide access to areas which are otherwise unreachable.

Faron Province is part of the province system. It is located north of the Ordona Province, southwest of the Eldin Province, and is located at the southern part of the map. It includes the Faron Woods, the Forest Temple, part of Hyrule Field, and the Sacred Grove. The Faron Woods are protected by the Light Spirit Faron. The name Faron most likely comes from the name of one of the Goddesses, Farore.

The Gerudo Desert covers a vast territory, but most of its surface is a barren wasteland with no signs of life other than some monsters like Moldorms, Shadow Beasts, Bulblins and Leevers. It also has long endless holes with in its surface which makes it harder to move faster through the desert. It is located in the southwest corner of Hyrule. Also note that it is not accessible except via flight.

This town is filled with busy Hylians bustling about their daily business. It is home to many several different areas of interest such as Telma's Bar. The main town is split into central, western, eastern and southern areas; with the entrance to Hyrule Castle located north of the town center. Two back alleys connect the longitudes (east and west) with the southern part of the town.

Hyrule Field spans three Provinces: Lanayru, Eldin, and Faron. It sports a great deal more landscape variety than its previous incarnation, including bridges, rocky cliffs, woods, and ancient ruins. Instead of being a hub, Hyrule Field surrounds Hyrule Castle and is full of shortcuts and entrances to many other areas: * Faron Woods in the Southernmost part * Kakariko Village in the East * Zora's Domain in the North * Lake Hylia in the West * Hyrule Castle Town in the very center A wide variety of enemies roam the field, including Bokoblins, Bulblins, Deku Babas, Bomskits, Guays, Helmasaurs, Leevers, Poes, Stalhounds (at night), Kargarok, and Tektites.

The Kakariko Gorge is a large canyon to the southwest of Kakariko Village. The gorge goes around Kakariko Village, through the Eldin plains, around Hyrule Castle Town, and around Death Mountain. The Zora's River flows right through the Gorge.
